Would definitely recommend to friends and family! The service we received from Eric Tamez was excellent! He was quick, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He was able to diagnose our problem and fix same day! He gave us different options to choose from which I really appreciated and he even took before and after photos to show us what had been repaired. He then proceeded to educate us on what we could do to prevent the issue from happening again. Totally impressed and would call again if needed.

Huge thanks to everyone at AAA Air Conditioning!! My AC unit was over 20 years old and required replacement so I called around and got a few quotes from a few different companies in the area. Unit for unit the quotes were around the same. I went with AAA because we felt Jason did a better presentation and listened to what we had to say and answered all our questions. Mike and Juan were our installers and they did a excellent job. I didn't realize how bad our AC was until I got a new one. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough good about this company. Installed a new HVAC system and blew new insulation in my attic. Very professional and efficient. Even took a minute to pet my dog which she loved. Price was exactly as quoted even though they ran into some unexpected issues. Wendell and Jimmy did the insulation this morning and want to especially mention them. Both kind and professional, the company should be proud to have those two as team members. They were here on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up so that you wouldn’t have known they were ever here. Very polite and a great ambassador for your company.

"They are complete professionals!"

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do the job! Our unit was over 15 years old and completely gave out. I called Tuesday morning, had someone out Tuesday afternoon for estimate and by Thursday they had done a complete replacement of inside and outside units. They left both areas neat and clean and even painted the interior of where the inside unit sits. They had the project manager come out to inspect during installation which was another indication I made the right choice. They are complete professionals from the moment they answer the call. Would definitely use and recommend them. Job well done Wendall, Sergio, Jimmy and Henry. Thank you so much!

Within a few minutes of calling AAA, Eric Tamez was calling me to let me know he was on his way to my condo. He arrived promptly and started to work immediately. The dispatcher promptly took my service request and a technician was dispatched. He was available sooner than expected, so came out right away. Brinson Rusk quickly installed my Ecobee thermostat with a common wire. He was polite, professional and thorough. He showed me the various features and didn’t leave until he was sure I knew how to use it. He was excellent and I will definitely use him again.

"Highly recommend this company!"

Great professional service! Had our blower fan go out after some storms and that cause the a/c to not work properly (no air flow, caused icing on coils). As we know in Corpus, things get hot fast. Call and scheduled an appointment. The next day the technician (Ethan Falcon) came out, diagnosed the issue, ran and got the part, fixed and had the a/c going. All this while we were having some storms and muddy condition outside. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We ended up adding a surge protector to our unit to prevent this from happening again. Thank you guys! Great job! Thanks Ethan for cooling down our house! Highly recommend this company!

Ethan and Josh were very professional. They explained the processes that they completed and what their assessment was and then made suggestions. Also, the communication between the office and myself was professional and appreciated. My appointment was scheduled between 4 and 6 pm. As they did not arrive exactly at 4, not only did the service technician connect with me but the office did too, to let me know they were running behind but would be there soon. Customer service is lacking in business today but not at this place! This company is truly triple A! Thanks!!

Nothing but the best. Everyone here at this company has been so good to us. We just bought this home and bad luck hit when the A/C went out, we had a very bad experience with another company but when I met Ken he was extremely genuine and explained everything to me very well. He did not make me feel like he was lying to me either. He said something and kept on his word as well. That shows so much coming from the owner of a company. He is very well to communicate with any questions my husband had and was quick to answer him too. This company is no joke they will do what they say they will and guarantee their work.
