Promo tune up Rheem/410a/gas/closet/upflow/odt77f Inspected inside and outside units testing them in both modes. The is an upstairs unit however it needs to be replaced but are holding off. The system was scanned for gas leak and co. The drain line had algae build up almost obstructing the safety switch. I instructed the clients on proper drain care. The blower motor is drawing more power than is designed for and will fail soon. I confirmed the system still has parts warranty from factory and quoted repairs accordingly. The outdoor unit what’s air flow restricted but we were able to clean the condenser with out having o do a deep clean. The ducting system shows microbial growth build up that is adding to the build up in the drain line. Warranty; covered the gap in the ceiling with chicken wire. Client pointed a pressure crack in the ceiling. In the location of the crack is an area that we were not working at. Not sure how the crack occurred however I do not believe it was something that was caused by us due to its location. Client mentioned to not worry about the crack. He did not have anymore questions or concerns.

Promo tune up American standard-Coleman/electric/Dow flow/5 ton/ 410a/odt74f Arrived to location, initial check up on air handler showed breakers have taken on moisture and are in caution. with a degree split of 21 on heat and 13 on cooling. Evaporator coil cleaned with no-rinse and drain solve for the drainline. Outdoor inspection showed a bad capacitor, burnt contactor and low readings on superheat (piston). Troubleshoot shows the compressor windings may be getting worn and unit is not compressing at the rate it should for a good split. Recommended capacitor, contactor, compressor saver and new breakers for the AH. Unit is under 10 years parts warranty. Customer agreed to capacitor changeout and also agreed to membership. Capacitor swapped out and collected $271.

-Installed new 3 ton Rheem 16 SEER 2-stage cooling gas equipment in the closet. Installed new Honeywell pro S200 thermostat. Installed LP conversion kit for furnace along with 2 safety float switches and new decking for furnace platform. Installed new slab, whip and disconnect for outdoor unit. Installed new supply plenum and sealed all duct work in attic. Ran new low voltage wire for outdoor unit and thermostat. Relocated thermostat on opposite side of furnace closet with customer approval. - Condenser has been leveled and anchored down to new slab. All welds have been leak checked using nitrogen and soapy bubbles. Vacuumed system down to 15 microns. Drain hose has been flushed. Copper has been modified. - Tested all system operations; fan cycles on/off in all modes. Gas furnace sequence of operations is functioning well. Refrigerant pressures and temps in cooling mode have been uploaded to attachments. System is cooling with a 17 degree split. System is draining properly at this ti

System tune up Rheem/gas/closet/410a/odt82f Inspected inside and outside units. The system was scanned for co and gas . The supply plenum is falling apart and most connecting on the ducting system is failed. The drain line is not set up properly and both coils are very restricted. The indoor and out door blower motor are over amping and show signs of oil. The indoor coil has a huge Poe oil stain and the filter drier is leaking. The system is cooling with a 18 degree slit and heating with a 45 degree rise how ever it is very inefficient and costly to run. Light bills in summer are over 670 dollars. With all the issues with the system he did not want to do any repairs and would like to meet with the comfort advisor Thursday 11-1 for system replacements. He is interested in the 0-60 financing. Today we collected 39 for todays visit and signed up for memberships.
