What to Expect from Triple A Air Conditioning & Heating

The Day of Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment, you can expect a text from your technician approximately 20-30 minutes before their arrival. They will also give a courtesy call to make sure you are prepared for them to either enter your home or to make sure they have access to the outdoor unit. When our technicians arrive, they are going to provide our “Red Carpet” treatment.  We want to provide you with the best service and the best experience every time we visit your property. 

Our technicians will do a thorough assessment of the system both indoors and out to make certain we identify the issue(s) effectively the first time. Upon their findings our technicians will provide multiple quotes with accurate estimates before performing any additional work.  The repairs will be based on your discretion and the price of those repairs will be consistent with the quote you were presented. We work hard to make certain our vans are equipped and stocked well to be able to do the necessary repairs same day. There are unique situations where necessary parts could have to be ordered, in that case we order those parts in a timely fashion and will contact you to schedule you promptly once those parts have arrived.
